Villa Zanchi

Villa Zanchi is a renovation and expansion project of a single-family villa, enhanced by the harmonious fusion of early 20th century and contemporary architecture. The new swimming pool offers a cool refuge during hot days, becoming the new social hub of the residence. The interior renovation, which includes a striking glass staircase, brings a contemporary and elegant aesthetic to the space. The finishes combine the nobility of wood with the elegance of metal, creating a symphony of textures and tones. The warm colour palette has been carefully selected to generate a welcoming and bright atmosphere. This project not only renovates the home, but also highlights the ability to elegantly and functionally blend traditional architecture with contemporary elements and luxury finishes.
