The project is located on the old rail depot area. The new building toghether with the old hospital building creates the ending architectural endig episode on the north south axis of the city historical center.
These four cardinal points in the monumental demarcate the area of the center.
The project duplicates the geometric pattern of the old hospital building developing it in an hypogeum building.
